After more great performances the young man was given the chance to attend a prominent military academ and after he graduated he became an officer. He worked as an officer for many years, then suddenly his performance caught the eye of the Emperor himself. Arne invited him on a hunting trip and it was suffice to say he was impressed by his archery and so he decided to have Cecil tutor his sons in it. Young Perren had no interest or skills in bows but two of his brothers showed promise. He still spent a great deal of time with Perren, an interesting young man with an interesting but tragic story. Eventually he was asked to serve as Perren's retainer, servant, and guardian. | ||
