What went well

• I was candid again with them today, and they seem to appreciate that.
• They behaved much better today than yesterday. (Perhaps because P was on a one-day report.)
• My self-confidence has improved a little.
• I shouted at them, with increasing volume, several times. I felt mean and fed up, and probably conveyed that impression too.

What could be improved

• I forgot what time the lesson ended, assuming we were headed for an 11.25 finish, compared to the reality of 11.15. The pupils were let out five minutes late.
• It was a very late start because Ms Hou was disciplining some pupils in her class.
• My IWB work is still poor.
