Captain Hero is a character on the Comedy Central show "Drawn Together", a reality show consisting of several animated characters.
Captain Hero, like all the other characters, is a direct parody of already existing creations. In Hero's case, he is a take on superheroes, foremostly Superman.
Like Superman, Captain Hero is a dick. However, whereas Superman's dickery can generally be shrugged off as being out of context or part of an imaginary tale, Captain Hero is very much a genuine Asshole to everyone around him. Some of his cases of dickery include;
- Throwing the planet Zebulon into the Sun.
- Setting out to destroy anything with the word "Super" in its name, such as the Supermarket, Superglue, or the Supersalad (It was actually "Soup or Salad")
- Making an impression of the murder of Batman's parents, in front of Batman.
- Killing all the participants in the AIDS Walk so he could win.
- Breaking Princess Clara's leg so that he could escape.
Another point that should be brought up is his sexual orientation. In the original episode, Captain Hero was portrayed as very heterosexual for the most part. However, as the series progresses, his sexual interests have become more of an enigma. Along with recurring hints to some past gay experiences as well as some latent homosexuality, Captain Hero has basically committed just about every sexual deviance one can think of, including:
- S&M with fellow character Foxxy Love
- A desire for a twelve year old girl and a donkey
- Trying out a new Sex-Robot he built himself, which, according to the robot, was rape.
- Knocking out his own parents, and preforming a mind wiping procedure on them, which involved Hero removing his clothes and doing unknown things to them.
Mike, the creator of Superdickery.com, uses Captain Hero as an avatar, and has dibs on any future avatars with that character. Because of this, and Mike's tendancy of being an asshole to people, leads many to hear his posts in Captain Hero's voice.
