Definition vehicle

From Suf

v0.4 and onwards, the new way to spawn a vehicle in the terrain.

Usage:

VEHICLE
tractor1.cfg,0 0 0

Tractor1.cfg: the Config file of your tractor

0 0 0: the vector3d position of where you want it to be spawned
