Definition cam

This sets the position of the internal and external camers.

Example: 

CAM
0 12 -6,0 20, -15

Usage

the first vector (in this case '0 12 -6') is the interior camera, and the second vector* ('0 20 -15') is the external camera


*v0.3.9 and above. for old versions just ignore the second vector.
