v0.4 onwards, used to spawn a trailer or trailed implement into the world.
Usage:
TRAILER trailer1.cfg,0 0 0
trailer1.cfg: The config file of your trailer.
0 0 0: The Vector3d position where you want the trailer to be spawned.
