Promotions within the TRAINING RAIDERS guilds are as follows:

Members will be promoted by leveling up their hirelings, member rankings
will be decided by combining the total number of the hireling levels
and will be determined as shown below.

Private---------------0-9
Lieutenant---------10-19
Captain--------------20-29
Major-----------------30-39
Colonel--------------40-49

Once a member has successfully reached a total of 50 and leveled all of
their hirelings to a minimum of level 10, they will be eliagble to request
a transfer to the main guild of RAIDERS.
