Team Peasant are an outstandingly unsuccessful electro-folk/soul duo based in Melbourne,
Australia.
The duo, made up of Chris Allchin on vocals and Ken Diego with guitar, began their career
in July 2007 when they released their songs "Know What I Know" and "Smile". The pair is known
best for their unique style in which they speed up their songs in order to mask the lead
singers obvious vocal deficiencies.
As of April 2008 the pair had not been signed to a record label, and are yet to produce any
more songs, however lead singer Chris Allchin has hinted at a return to the music field when
time permits. Even the most devout fans of Team Peasant hope this doesn't happen though.
