Dean is an extremely stereotypical loser boyfriend. Somehow, he managed to reproduce. With Steph. God hopes the baby gets mostly Steph's genes. He appeared briefly in Spoiler/Huntress: Blunt Trauma then in Robin #80. The encounter...well...behold these two pages...
