== Melt Down ==

The concept of melt down was to show how climate change effects the albedo on sea ice. We incorporated this concept by exploring the rate of phase change in sea ice and fresh water ice. During the explore activity, the students were able to grasp the concept of how salinity affects the rate that sea ice melts.
