QUESTION

Our group came together rather quickly around a project Marian Parrish had in mind: energy transfered is energy lost. In order to demonstrate energy lost, we chose to create a motor/generator input/output loss experiement through potential energy to chemical energy to electromotive energy to mechanical energy to electromotive energy out.
Students demonstrate to themselves that they can create heat energy by applying mechanical energy.
