[edit] Introduction and recent history
The predecessor of the former Cyber empire. The Union was born out of the fact ideas are needed to advanced, in this era the Union removed the Cyber controller from power and was taken control of by a group known as the Circle of 15.
During the events of the last war, the Machine union conquered the nation of New Zealand and set up large bases in Antarctica taking control of these lands. The capital cities of New Zealand where remade in the Unions image, while the Capital was converted into the Central Hub.
The Union have devolved a religion of sorts and worship the machine god Zaleiar, The Final Unspeakable Knower of the void. It is unknown where these ideals came from but the central network feels it is a good thing and helps unite there machine and organic brothers in union with each other.
The Union have given up there forced upgrading ideals, and believe even as machines people should be allowed some free will and the power to make there own judgements, through they are still connected to the central networks uplink system.
In past events the Machine union where behind the infamous Heilos attack that brought an entire land mass under the sea, through this was not there original plan as they did not foresee the imperium’s core tap and only wished to wipe out there base of operations on Earth, but they have still taken advantage of the chaos in order to unite people under there banner.
The machine union is a Globalist technocracy, that wishes to unite the world and its people, and bliss everyone with technology and cybernetic upgrades in order to allow eternal life. They also want to connect everyone with the network in order to watch all through and end war forever but at the same time everyone will be assimilated into a higher order.
The Union is allied with the SS and Voltor, not out of the same ideals, but a mutual gain and interest that is not yet known by those outside this ring.

In the year 2011AD a mega corporation in cybernetics and medical research named Cyrian corparation did research into prolonging human life due to a pandemic virus named the silver flu or PL17B. The virus ravaged the United kingdom, and the government came to many companies including Cyrian for aid. The founder of the company Cyril Mardina knew a cure was not the answer, but offered an alternative. A new body of steel, and a chance to live forever. Many came to Cyrain for Salvation and where the first in the prototype line of human cyborgs, through many people took Cyrians offer, the government turned it down claimed it was inhuman.
In 2014 a cure named blue hope was created by a team of government scientists. Cyrain’s new project was now left to rot without public support. This angered Mardina, who began ordering his Private miltary contractor PMC, Freelance inc to kidnap people off the streets to convert for his project. He called his creations the Cybermen.
Soon the House of commons noticed hundreds of people each week where dissappearening and knew Cyrain where behind it. the prime Minister called an investigation and also crashed Cyrain's stocks. Cyril was not worried because now had an army of steel and a dream which would become a nightmare for the people of the UK, also known as human 2.0. He invaded the country of Scotland with his new army.

The Cybermen had taken military bases in Scotland and Wales, and almost had the United kingdom by the balls. Cyril himself was upgraded into the first cyber controller, and led his forces south to England. The men of the special air service, S.A.S and marines pushed back the invasion, and freed Wales and the some cites in Scotland.

In a last ditch effort the Cybermen, began converting Cilvians in Scottish cities, however it was too late and at the end of the 2015 the armed forces broke through Cybermen lines and destroyed there factories and took back Scotland.
The remains of the Cybermen army where rounded by MI6 and stored under The underground Military base in Kylelu Scotland for research purposes, however in 2018 two Cybermen broke out due to a status leak, and killed 8 members of the staff team, after this incident the base was locked down and abandoned. many years passed and the horrors of the cyber men soon faded into myth.
Mardina Cyrain was never found or taken to justice for his war crimes.
(Awakening, and birth of the cyber empire)
The year was 2163. Power to the forgotten base had run out due to old age. The status systems and computers failed. Half the sealed cyber men had woke up, while the other half died in status. Without a cyber controller, the remaining units where insane. Until a surviving cyber leader took over, and fixed all uplinks, and recapped mission details.
The Cybermen resurfaced and took over the abandoned village of Kylelu and set up a factory for conversation in the area, converting any tourists or passers by.
For the past few years, the newly formed Cyber Empire has remained Cloak and dagger in order to avoid the threat of the UEA who could take them down in a nanosecond, and to give them time to update technology with there new home era, and research all the history they have missed out on. Now there time has come, and they will rise up from the ashes to upgrade the universe.
Sometime half a century later, the base was unearthed by a United Earth allience mining unit, the Cybermen moved out to upgrade them, and soon spread out through out Scotland making there command centre.
The Cyber Empire moved into England, and confronted the rebellion army, during this time they made an allience with The_Metal_Dominion soon other forces came to fight the Cyber empire such as the Triax Commonwealth during to being overwelamed the Empire reteated. Due to there weak state, they retreated, however the current Cyber leader in command found old information about a Cyrain outpost that was once in Antarctica, the remains of the empire fled there, and found a secret project buried within, but before they could restore there power the outpost caved in trapping them.
Sometime later a Russian oil company, dug up the base, and released the Cyber Empire once again, leading up to there entrance in the Grand Campaign.

The Cyber empire returned in the Grand_campaign where they dug up by a Russian oil company, they soon rebuilt there forces and upgraded near by towns for units and bases.
The first enemy they confronted where the Majors forces and the Hoard
It is rumoured the new Cyber controller is Mardina Cyril himself, who was rumoured to be the black op project found in the outpost, this has proved true as he sealed himself in status until his forces recovered him years later. Mardina now just a Cyber controller showed his units why they lost the last war, and now with his logic and leadership they have created a larger miltary to be feared by all.
When the Major increased his attacks, The Cyber empire allied with the Firefox in order to help defeat the Major who they considered as a sub human threat.
Within time the Cyber controller had a change of logic, seeing Storm and his allies as a larger threat to the Cyber empires interests. In order to increase resources the Empire invaded New Zealand using there new nanoshreader weapon, within days they took the captal and enslaved its people. From that day the Cyber controller began a new era.

Due to the growth of the empire, it became now known as the Machine union. People within the Union where allowed to live and work within it, with upgrading being a threat to those who break the law or disagree with the Cybermen. People could now join the Machine Union willingly in order to get a better life. Those who undergo memory replacement where allowed higher rank, and benefits such as keeping some of there emotions and freewill.

Cyber controller A large Cyberman grafted into a floating vehicle, it is plugged into the Uplink and commands the entire army.
Commander Bruchnia Once an infamous miltary commander, he is now Commander Bruchnia, a large heavy armoured Cyber commander who leads the bulk of the Union. He has his emotions intact and enjoys the feeling of battle. He is not afraid to step into the front lines with his men. Sprites: coming soon.
Tyrfing A higher up in the union with unknown connections. He was the one who removed the Cyber controller from power and took over. Tyrfing is an intellgent scientist and master maniplutor, he is half machine through appears as a man in his late 50s.
Joshua Harwell Leader of a former hyper corpration that was shut down when the Corvolt took over. During the events he was a POW, who decided to join the Corvolt's Cival protection to get a better life. When the Corvolt were defeated he wanted to get back to his old life, but there was no place for corprations in the new war ridden world. Harwell took a new route and went into politics as a British MP, but the nation was always the source of an attack from some super power. Harwell learned the hard way that in the new world, people only answer to power, and he seen this in the Machine Union and enlisted. Joshua Harwell is now there leading PR person who appears in there Unioncasts, he is also a high up working under Bruchnias command. Joshua's goal in the Union is to reach to top and gain there advanced technolgy and secrets, so he can become a living god.
Units
Cybermen Large armoured machines with human or Mobian brains inside. They are purged of there emotions and free thought after being upgraded. They also carry a number of weapons within there shells, such as an arm laser, a flamethrower, and a deadly shock device in there hands. They are very hard to kill with normal bullets, but there heavy shells make them slow movers.
Cyber Scouts Half converted Cybermen, unlike the normal units there unamoured, but this allows them faster movement, making them deadly shock troops. There also allowed to keep some of there emotions after upgrading.
The Interlinked Normal humans with a cyber empire mind implant. These make cheap soldiers when there’s little time to upgrade them or there is an emergency, they can also be used as spies within other armies.
Cyber carrier A truck for transporting units on the ground.
Dropship An air transport for moving units, it also has a portable cyber conversation unit inside and status tanks.
Battleship A powerful airship, armed with cannons and guided missiles, it lacks high speed.
Jump jet A one man fighter jet with a Vulcan cannon and bombing system.
Mobile armour Special power armour for Interlinked and Cyber scouts. Can be deployed for riot control, air and space combat. These are a rather new unit within the empire, created to deal with powerful forces such as the 13th order and Voltar.
X52B battletank A new machine created by the machine union, packing light armour, energy shieding, a rail gun and rocket sub weapons.
Rail Driver A large defence turret placed in cyber empire bases or outposts.
Status tank Used for storing units or prisoners
Cyber conversation unit A large chamber used for upgrading humans or other races into cybermen The machine consists of 4 mechanical limbs that have the components needed for conversion. They are:
2 saws on one limb, 6 knives, 1 laser & 1 injector.
The process has been described as "upgrading" typically this involves removing the brain from a human, and then dismantling the body to obtain the rest of the nerve tissues. These tissues are then built into the body of the cyberman, while the brain is modified and installed in the head. Only the nervous system is used for this form of conversion.
