Liberators Army Units
From Sprite Wars
Born from the ashes of a group of Civilian resistance fighters, The Liberators Army started at first as a small peacekeeping and resistance force, formerly known as the Liberators Special Response Unit or LSRU, a former, independent branch of the Regular Army. But as the wars dragged on, it grew into a huge and well organized military force with extensive personnel and machines. The standard grunts have countless weapons, supporting troops, Specal ops personell and various combat vehicles to rely on.The Liberators are easily recognizable, due to their Orange Peace Keeping Uniforms, dubbed: "Liberator Orange BDUC" (Battle Dress Uniform Camouflage). While most will agree (Liberator Soldiers Included)that Orange is rather loud a color to be considered camouflage, it shows that the Liberators are willing to make themselves known to their enemy (thowe, surprisingly, the color is highly effective in desert environments).
These are what make up the Liberators army [1].

Vehicals
The following is a list of all current Land, Sea and Air vehicals that are used by the Liberators army. Some are old, cost effective and largely mass-produced but tend to be easily defeated by enemy anti-vehical ordinance, they are however heavly used becuse of the cheap price tag. Others are high-tech,Powerfull and difficult to bring down, but tend to hurt the buddget for those that are not mass-produced and are not used as readally used as the "Junkers" so are used as auxillery back-up or as a last measure.
Liberator Di-cokka The medium tank and work horse of the Liberators, it is hevally armored, and packs a punch in its cannon. It is a bit slow, so can be expected to be beaten on. Weekspots are the rear and its sides. But other wise is very sturdy.
Liberator Jeep A light scout viehical and transport. The Jeep has no armor to speak of. If nothing else it's quick, providing a tricky target to hit. Also an annoyance to enemy armor, it constantly harrases better equipped opponents. After the introduction of the HUMVEE to the Liberators auto-cave, the Jeep, while far from being obsolete, is seeing less use then in earlier wars. That said, it will be a long time before the jeep is "phased out and retired" from Liberator Service.
Liberators Chaingunner Powersuit A powersuit who's armanent involves two large chainguns. A upgraded, more expensive version has a second set of chinguns
Liberator Transport truck The Liberators main troop land transport.
Liberator Metal Crow A heavy artillery vehicel that is pretty swift and mobile. It has heavy hitting power from it's artillery shells. Light armor, but has a specal shield in front for protection. Sometimes pressent in tank charges.
Liberator Bradley A heavy duty multipule missile launching system. The Bradley has very powerfull rockets. This vehical has fair speed and also has 'jump jets" for manuvering difficult terrain and avoiding enemy tank and anti-tank rounds. Has a Vulcan for anti-personell use. Seen on occasun in tank charges provieding support with the Metal Crow from the rear. Used for anti-air, and heavy anti-vehical use. Also used for taking out bunkers and targeting buildings.
Liberator APC The APC of the Liberators, armed with miniguns and a cannon that fires conventonal rounds and the anti-infantry rolling mine. Considaberaly under equiped for tank killing.
LibertatorsTani-Oh A large anti-personell and anti-aircraft tank, the Tani-oh has a powerfull anti-air lazer turret, mine deployers and Machien gun turrets.
Liberator Sarubia A auquard tank crewed by two people, the Sarubia is an Ideal tank for urban warfair and foriest combat. Has fai speed but is very top heavy.
MRL Di-Cokka A variant of Di-Cokka that is more cheaper then the bradly, but cannot really attack air units, its more of an anti- ground vehical tank.
Liberator anti-air girida The anti-air grida is a efficant, cheap solution for engaging enemy aircraft. Most are crewed by one man. Others have an AI.
Liberator Gunmech The Gunmech is an anti-infantry mech that can completely cut thrue enemy infantry.
Liberator Hound A upgraded unit of the SV-001 with greater speed and a guided missile launcher. Some argue that its better then the Metal slug.
Liberator Strider Standing Tank (ST) The Strider Standing Tank (or ST for short) is a interesting addition to the Liberators ranks. Handy for defending Tanks, small mechs and providing Infantry support.
Liberator Dariandaradara A construction and utility tank, the DarianDaraDara is a useful vehicle.
Liberator Hercules Tank A large tank with a crew of four, the Hercules tank is the most powerful and resiliant tank in the Liberators. Not called upon very often to combat.
Liberator Boxor Battle suite The Boxor is a meele batttle suit used in anti-infantry and anti-technical use (Technicals are improvised fighting vehicals). The Boxor is fast and powerfule in meille combat, but has no long range weponry.
Liberator Rocket Grida The rocket Grida is a grida used for anti-vehicle and building use. Also good for pummeling infantry.
Liberator Multipule role battlesuit The Multipule role battle suit (often called the MR or MRB suit) is the mid ground of the Chaingunner and Boxor. its versitile and addaptive, but lacks some power in both meilee combat and longrange combat, thowe the cannon can disable tanks.
Liberator 3ton truck A troop and supply's transport truck. Unloaded weighs exactly 3tons.
Liberator Bigfoot A standard medium mech. Easy to pilot and has a fair armament, but is no match against larger, stronger mechs.
RK-56 Dreadnought A heavy duty, bipedel mech of the Liberators. Not very numerus. Usually seen in groups of two to six. Armanent is something to be feared. The RK-56 is probably the best mech in the Liberators. Known as the RK-56 101. It's the standard configuration. Numbers are small.
Heavy Dutey RK-56 Satisfied with the performance of the RK-56 series mech, the Liberators have begun to experiment with diffent configurations of the RK-56. This praticular RK-56 Variant, the RK-56 102 "Heavy duty" has extra armanent in guns and missiles. The gyroscopics have been modifyed to compensate for the extra wieght. This RK-56 is only slightly slower then The RK-56 101. Also has better armor. Numbers are small.
Sniper RK-56 The RK-56 103 is the Sniper of the RK-56 variants. High-powered longrange sniping guns can cut thrue mech armor like hot butter. It has fewer missiles of the RK-56 variants. Has lighter armor, but has incresed speed becuse of it's lighter weight. Excallent in long range anti-vehicale and long-range anti-mech combat. May have a hard time in close range combat. Numbers are small.
Support RK-56 Armed with heavy duty, fast-rate-of fireing-automatic PPC guns, the RK-56 104 is the mobile machieen gun variant. Sometimes has a second pair of guns in order to provied much needed suppressing fire. Medium armor and slightly lowerd speed compaired to the 101 RK-56. Good in all range of combat at any distance, but optamule performance found in suppreshun at the rear. Numbers are small.
Missile RK-56 By far the scayest RK-56 variant to be brought to the field of battle, the RK-56 105 is the mobile missile platform. Is by far the heavyest and thierfore the slowest of all RK-56 variants. PPC guns are the weakest on this mech when battling enemy mechs. Has Extra-heavy duty armor to aide in defence. Missiles are best fired from medium to long range to prevent the mech from being caught in its own fire. Experianced, brave or foolish mech pilots try and engage with missils at close range. Numbers are small.
Liberator Ore collector A ore collection unit with medium armor. Has light machieneguns for defence propuses. Not really good at combat.
Liberator Formor A light tank that is used for charging infantry, enemy positions and ganging up on lager vehicels. Most effective in large numbers, supported by Di-Cokka and Metal Crow. The Formor has less punch in the main gun then Di-Cokka but has a powerful chaingun that can completly wipe out a whole enemy platoon.
Liberator Bull Chain In need of a vercitile, all terrian tank, the Bull Chan shows it's abillitys in moutan and rought terrain, thowe is quite compatent in other terrain and urban warfair. A bit long of a tank, could find trouble navigating in close quarters. The main gun is extreamly powerfule of all the tanks in the liberators. With the addition of a good speed can be formidabule. Must go a bit slower in rough terrian.
SV-001 Metal slug A one man scout tank. Cost effective and considerably well performing. Armed with a cannon and Vulcan minigun turret.
Liberator Sluggunner The Sluggunner is a transforming Mech/Tank that wields a Heavy Duty Chaingun , a tank cannon and a shock baton. In walker mode, its slow, but has a jump jet for manovering and reaching high terrain. In tank mode, its very fast and low to the ground. The jet pack is not useabule. The Sluggunner is crewed by one person (you can try and squeeze in two, but don't expect a comfortable ride).
Liberator Sand Simon The San Simon is a tank hunting tank, almost as speedy as the SV-001. Armed with 120mm anti-tank guns. The armor is sturdy against infantry used AT weapons and is simple to produce. Over all a rugged tank.
Liberator SCULD A six legged mech hunter type mech, most commonly utilizes ambush tactics and is very deadly.
Liberator Valmies A mech on treads, used to provide tank support for armor against enemy mechs. Very cost effective.
Liberator R.A.D. The R.A.D. is a large and powerful mech used for defense, suppershan, mech gaurding/support and bombardment.

Liberators Flying Tara A prop aircraft used for training pilots. Its ultra low cost.
Liberators Tudor interceptor jet A jet propeled aircraft used for pilot training and as emergency auxillery. It is a Low cost aircraft.
Liberator "Little Bird" Scout Chopper The scout choppers are small, short-medium distance rotar craft. Can be out fitted with either heavy gun pods or rocket pods on the sides for anti-vehical and anti-air roles, as well as machien guns for anti-infantry roles.
Liberator R-Shobu A fast medium to long range attack chopper with light bombs, rockets and machienguns as the swiss-army knife of the sky for the Liberators.
Liberator Air transport and medivac The Liberators transport choppers are long-range, dulerotar aircraft. Troops transports can be armed with door gunner infantry armed with chainguns, or have heavy chainguns on the belly of the aircraft for use as gunships. The medic choppers have the cross on white back ground, typlicly seen being backed up by gunship transports. Medic choppers are never armed. Thoe having that cross on the medic choppers may as well be a bulls eye.........
Liberator F-15 The main air unit for the Liberators. The F-15 is used for Attack, defence and interception. An all around fighter that preforms well in combat theaters.
Liberator F-16 A standard multi-role fighter. A very versatile aircraft Rather low cost and maitanence, thowe few pilots fly it.
LLiberator Harrier The Harrier is a good fighter. Dosn't need a big runway due to the fact it can take off verticaly. Good for multapule roles, thowe is more leaniant in Interception and air supiorioraty.
Liberators Avro Arrow Proclaimed to be the fastest aircraft in the world, the Arrow lives up to its name. It is a Interceptor aircraft and has the best flight capability's compared to any aircraft (even giving the Raptor a run for its money). The Liberators were always intrigued by the RCAF's stories of this iconic aircraft. The two army's at one point decided to find the legendary Avro Arrow 206, claimed to be hidden somewhere in Canada. After years of failed searches, they discovered it in an old abandoned aircraft hanger in Ontario, that was hidden in an old, abandoned airport, deep in the wilderness. After discovery and intensive study, the thought of putting the arrow into production was put forward and approved. The result: A legend given a chance to perform and dominate in the battle theater. Armament includes Vulcan Gatling guns, mission varying missiles (Air to surface, Air to air, dumb or guided) bombs and high tech radar and a powerful jet engine that can out run any aircraft or missile. However, one incident involving a enemy Oblitorator spy stealing a Arrow and using it to down 14 Liberator F-15's and 1 other Avro Arrow, demanded that tight security be used to prevent capture buy the enemy for use against the Liberators. (The incident was remedied, thanks to a self-destruct mechanism destroying the captured Arrow and killing the spy piloting it, preventing capture). This incident alone outlined the Arrows one weakness of being targeted by a fellow Arrow, but this too, has been made so it would be rendered nearly impossible.
Liberator Orca The Orca is a gunship that operats simmaler to that of a helicopter, gut is faster and more manuverabule. The pilots require refined training to operate an Orca properly.
Liberator Titan The Titan is a large troop transprot and heavy assult aircraft. It is kept airborn thanks to many, very powerfull jet engens. It has a shield to protect its hull form enemys. The shield can only be damaged by anti-titan missiles, anything other then that would be inadequit. Its hull is also strong, and again it can only be damaged by anti-titan missiles. Enemy troops can unfortunetly bord the titan and destroy its reactor core once the shields down, destroying the titan, but to do so, thy must destroy the four reactor secerity consoles first to breach the door to the reactor room. And the airship is crawling with Liberator troops, so the enemy will have a though slog. The Titan is armed with four powerfull anti-groundunit guns and two anti-aircraft guns. The titan is a fearsome sight to behold.
Liberator Cruiser Typical navel ship, the Cruiser are used for sea based warfair and costal bombardment, but is ussually a costal patrol and defence ship. The Cruiser and Destroyer ships are fast, thou between the two, the cruiser is faster. T
Liberator Destroyer Typical Navel ship used for defending large warships. The Destroyer has a larger amout of armanent and firepower then a cruiser.
Liberator Aircraft Carryer The Liberator Aircraft carryer is typically a floating "city". The ship is used as a command ship, aircraft transport, air support and a runway. The Crew is traind to work as one, well oiled machieen. The Ship can carry over 150 aircraft. And over 500 personel.
Liberator Nuclear sub The Nuclear sub is a deadly wepon, used for attacking enemy ships from underwater. Also handy for recon and scouting enemy ports. One of its most terrifying attacks is a suprise breach of the oceans surface, followed by a torpido attack and a quick dive to elude counter attacks. The only way to knock out these buggers is with mines, depthcharges, another submarien or torpidos.
Liberators Battleship A large, powerfull, well-armed ship, the Battleship is commenly used for anti-ship combat and heavy-duty-off-shore bombardment. Also compatant in anti-sub warfair.
Liberators Supplyship The Supply ship provides ammo, rations and other supplys for ships at sea. It has no arrmanent, so must always be companyed by a escort of at least one armed sea-fairing vessel.

Liberators Landcruiser battleship Same as its Navle counterpart, except it carrys fewer Anti-Submarine wepons, as is spends most of the time on land. Can negotiate inlets, shallow waters and land terrien.
Liberators Landcruiser Cruiser The ship is the same as the navel counterpart, except that the ship is modifyed for inlet navigation and land opperations, via the large treads on the ships. Landcruisers of any class are unable to traverse the opean ocean without being towed.
Liberators Landcruiser Destroyer A Ship with treads designed to traverse land terrin.
Liberator Landcruiser Aircraft Carryer The same as its navel counter part, but able to negotiate land terrain and shallow waters.
Liberator Landcruiser Supplyship Similar to ther Navle counterpart, thoue they can negoitiate shallow waters and Land terrien.
Liberator Landcruiser Battlecruiser Simmaler to its seafairing counterpart, but is able to traverse land terrin.
Liberator ICE high speed military trian A high speed Electric powered locomotive. Has multiple "Pullman" car configurations and serves as a troop and equipment transport and mobile railroad weapons platform. As long as theirs rails ahead, few enemy units can even catch this speedy bad boy.
Liberators Pelican and Phantom dropships Liberators drop ships are a new investment for the army. Liberators Pelicans are drop ships that are reserved for Regular troops, infantry and land unit transport. Phantoms are Drop ships reserved for special OP forces and specialist infantry. Pelicans Have heavily armored hulls but aren't very manoverabule. Phantoms have the lightest armor, but have high manouverability. Both have a high speed and are cappabule of operating for a time in the vacuum of space. The pelican is armed with Mini-vulcuns and missiles, and the Phantom is armed with plasma cannons and photon torpedo's. The Phantom was actually Covenant Hardware that the Liberators Procured from Loyalest Covenant Forces.

Liberators ULV-5 "Tattle-Tail" UAV
The Liberators UAV is a valuable asset, providing positions of enemy forces, recon and serves as an eye in the sky. The particular modle of UAV the Liberators use is a unique model constructed by the Liberators themselves, known as the ULV-5 Tattle-Tail, or known simply as the "Tattle-Tail", for its Usage of spotting targets for ground forces and revealing the enemy's position. The ULV-5 was acctually inspired in design by the RQ-7 Shadow UAV used by the United States Army and Marine Corps. The Tattle-Tail is occasionally outfitted with a GAU-8 Minigun and/or Missiles in cases where it is needed to attack the enemy. "ULV" is an Acronum for "Unmanned Liberator Vehicle"
Liberators F-117 Nighthawk The F-117 is a stealth Ground Bomber, often using PGBs as its ordinance.
Liberators C-47 Skytrain The C-47 is a rotor craft that is often used to airdrop paratroopers behind enemy lines and at key locations on the battlefield. Also used for photographic recon and supply drops.
Liberators X-302 A space capable fighter that has two traditional jet engines, two aerospike engines, one rocket motor, and a naqahdriah-based hyperspace window generator, as well as an internal dampening system, and armed with modified, naqahdah-enhanced AIM-120 AMRAAM air-to-air missiles that possess shield moderators to bypass ship shields(thowe the effectiveness is 50/50 at best)and railgun cannons.
Liberators M1A3 Abrams A new generation of Tank. The M1A3 is a powerful piece of military hardware, boasting a 120mm turret, a mounted 50cal Machine gun, smoke deployment counter-measures and thick, strong armor. The M1A3 is expensive, but many tank crews consider it worth the expense, and seems to be slowly phasing out older tank designs currently in the Liberators Moterpool.
Liberators Humvee The Humvee is a new scout, patrol and transport vehicle. The Humvee's sole armament is a mounted 50cal in the roof. Its as rugged as the Jeep, but can hold more personnel, and is slowly becoming the new workhorse.
Liberators Cougar AFV The Cougar is an Armored fighting vehicle that has recently been commissioned for service. The Cougar possesses auto cannons and has an interchangeable option of a Machine gun or Grenade launcher. The Cougar can posses a crew of three and can transport a squad of 10 soldiers across the battlefield. While it performs well in any environment, it is superb at urban warfare. Usually has a tank or two for support or provides support for lighter vehicles and joins Humvees in convoys.
Liberator Sparrowhawk Known more readily as the Hawk, the Sparrowhawk is a next generation VTOL airodine and is a fast, mobile, versatile and well armed aircraft used for air support and anti-armor . It has a crew of two and is armed with a Spartan Laser in the nose as well as a pair of GUA-23/AW/Linkless Feed Autocannons in the wings and rocket pods. While formidable the key weakness of this aircraft is that the experimental fan based propulsion system can occasionally fail at times in the field, which could prove disastrous to anyone piloting the vehicle. A ratio of 15 out of 100 Sparrow Hawks are likely to receive such propulsion failures.
Liberators Warthog The M-12 Light Reconnaissance Vehicle used for its scouting capacity, or as an integral part of a mechanized infantry unit. Its a new addition to the Liberators Motor pool and performs as well as the Humvee, some say is even better. The M-12 LRV is used mostly by Marines but may on occasion be found to be operated by other soldiers besides Marines. While it has the potential to be an impressive vehicle, most soldiers must learn how to maneuver and drive it properly, otherwise they find it to be rather unwieldy. It can also serve as a support vehicle, or a transport vehicle. The M12 can be armed with a wide variety of equipment, however, its main armament is the M41 Light Anti-Aircraft Gun, the mounted weapon includes a battery for short term operation separated from the vehicle, but normally operates on the vehicle’s power supply. A M68 Gauss Cannon can be mounted on the back of the M12, making it capable of taking on light armor. Another variant includes the M831 Troop Transport Warthog, used for transporting multiple soldiers into combat.
Liberators M274 Mongoose A new generation ATV, the Mongoose is fast and has high maneuverability. It is a highly effective vehicle for reconnaissance, rapid transportation, swift tactical versatility, and for shooting between positions. Has a total seating capacity of two and posses no weapons. The passenger can fire his weapon but hitting targets this way is difficult. The Mongoose's high speed, light mass, and practically non-existent armor make it unwieldy and difficult to control at high speeds and/or over unstable terrain, making the ULATV vulnerable to destabilization, crashes, and flips. To make matters worse, the design of the vehicle and it's lack of armor leave both the driver and passenger completely exposed. Furthermore, the Mongoose does not incorporate any offensive or defensive capabilities, making the Mongoose's only practical defenses an armed passenger and it's speed.
Liberators Elephant The M312 Elephant HRV, otherwise known as the Elephant, is a heavy Mobile Assault, Support, and Recovery Platform. It posesses two Machine gun turrets and can hold up to five Mongoose ATV's and two Warthogs. The Elephant is a mobile command base and repair vehicle and can hold a large number of infantry. Its armor is also highly impervious to enemy fire, but its a large, slow vehicle. It performs poorly in urban enviroments because of its size
Liberators Short Sword The Short Sword is an Atmospheric bomber that is new to the Liberator Air force. Its payload can consist of both conventional and Less-conventional munitions, and it possesses a rudimentary exoatmospheric capability. Known munitions payloads include: Carpet Bombs,Cryo Bombs and Disruption Bombs, as well as several top secret munition ordinance. It serves a low altitude bombing role.
Liberators A-10 Thunderbolt The A-10 Thunderbolt is a single-seat, twin-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft that serves as Close air support and Forward air control aircraft. Its also used to strike tactical ground targets. Its armament includes a GAU-8 Gatling gun, AGM-65 Maverick air-to-surface missiles, cluster bombs and Hydra rocket pods, in addition usually to some type of unguided bomb.
Liberators AH-1 Cobra The AH-1 Cobra serves as an attack helicopter. Its armed with an auto cannon as well as Air to air and air to surface missiles.
Liberators AC-130 The AC-130 is a heavily modified C-130 Hercules used as an airborne artillery gunship. While the AC-130 has been around since the Vietnam War, it has become an important aircraft and is considered a mainstay in its role of supporting ground forces. Armed with a 25mm Vulcan mini-gun, a 40mm Bofors Cannon and a 150mm Howitzer and equipped with Inferred, T-V and Radar, the AC-130 is a welcome sight for allied ground forces, and is often called "The hand of God" due to its deadly ability to decimate enemy ground units. Often called in for close fire support, and the Liberators have nothing to worry about when they call in "Fire mission: Danger Close". AC-130 Crews are the best shots in the Air force.
Liberators A-50 Mainstay The A-50 is an Electronic support Aircraft that is used in AWACS (Airborne early warning and control)and is an airborne radar system designed to detect aircraft. Used at a high altitude, the radars allow the operators to distinguish between friendly and hostile aircraft hundreds of miles away. AEW&C aircraft are used for defensive and offensive air operations. The system is used offensively to direct fighters to their target locations, and defensively to counter attacks. It can also be used to carry out surveillance, and C2BM (command and control, battle management) functions. A-50 also provides Radar Jamming against enemy aircraft.
Liberators SV-Slug Armor A Mobile Armor type unit commissioned to supplement the older model Mobile Armor type battle suites: The Chaingunner, the Boxor, and the M.R.B. Mobile Armors respectfully. The SV-Slug Armor type unit possesses Claw arms that are similar to the MRB Mobile Armor's arms, in both design and function, even being able to transform into a heaver hitting blaster weapon. The Chassis are adopted from the Rebel Armys LV Armor, except heavily modified, and with more armor in front for extra protection. But what sets this unit appart from its for runners the most is the cannon mounted on top of its back, making it able to not only disable tanks, but destroy them, as well as cause even more dammage then previous mobile armors, in regards to engaging enemy vehicles. While the Price is slightly higher compared to its for runner Mobile Suits, by Liberators Checkbook standards, its still affordable for ready deployment.
Liberators Tau Orca A hovering land transport specifically used by the Tau. Provides versatile troop transport.
Liberators Tau Piranha A fast attack and scout vehicle used by the Tau. It is crewed by two fire warriors and propelled by means of hovering propulsion units. Armed with light pulse cannons.
