Part of her Striker's Equipment includes a backpack radio that no only allows the boost of magical telepathy by another 1000 miles, but it serves to jam both enemy telepathy as well as jamming conventional communications technology. The Strike Witch Program
A program in the Liberators Army[1] classified above Top Secret. The program was formed by General Matthew once Captain Briano and 1st Lieutenant Vivian made contact with a young girl who possessed the ability to wield Magic, and possessed rare magical tech. The main reasons that the Liberators Launched this program was to Study and Apply magic, find ways to apply it for military interests as well as to provide magically adapt children sanctuary and training. But most of all was to prevent the knowledge of Striker Units being made public knowledge in the world.
Magic
The Liberators Know very little about magic, and thus, began researching all sorts of magic once the program was underway. Every spell is researched and archived. Magic trials are also conducted to use the spell in question. Their are eight magical elements: Wind, Lightning, Light, Ice, Dark, Fire, Water and Sand.

Most information about the Magical artifacts known as Pactio Cards, are currently hypothetical.....
Striker Units
The Striker Units are strange pieces of armor that not only run on a Mages magic, but boosts the power of a Mages magic and spell casting, all thanks to a special magic engine that was constructed by unknown means. Their are three Types of Striker Unis: Land, Sea and Air. And each of these three types of Striker Units have different properties and functions. When wearing a Striker a Mages power is vastly increased by athe magic engine in the unit, resulting in the constant manifestation of her animal ears and tail. Air Strikers grant Mages the powers of high speed flight, increased physical abilities, and the ability to raise defensive shields at will without need of incantation of a spell. Land Strikers are highly flexible compared to the Air Striker, and would grant a user high speed running, jumping, endurance and hypothetically provide devastating kicking attacks, aside from increased physical abilities, and the ability to raise defensive shields without need of a spell. Sea Strikers are assumed to provide immaculate swimming speeds in any sort of aquatic environment, also applying magic so the wearer can survive the harsh aquatic environments, and possibly even breath underwater for a certain amount of time. Strikers require high magical aptitude and without such aptitude, the unit cannot be used effectively.
List of Strike Witch Personnel
Maria Rowena Angelique Found by Briano and Vivian when the Liberators were at war with the Armex, Maria is a 13 year old girl who desperately wanted to follow in her slain family's footsteps and use her power to help those in need, and fight evil. While initially turned down, after much of the top brasses deliberation, they decided to accept her within the Ranks of the Liberators, and is responsibule for having the Liberators Launch the Strike Witch Program, and most of the Armys current first hand knowledge came from her. Maria is of both British and French descent, switching between a British and French accent from time to time. She is energetic, willing to please and a fast study, be she is deeply troubled since the death of the surviving members of her family. Because of this, Briano and Vivian adopted her. Maria has a rudimentary knowledge of a few high level spells, but she is quite talented with beginners level spells and adapt at a few spells in combat magic, mostly in the Element of Air. Her military codename is "Angel", and holds the rank of Technical Sargent. Her Air Striker is modeled after the British Spitfire fighter plane from WW2.
Rachel Elizabeth MacTavish A angry, confrontational and violent 16 year old American girl, but possesses a soft side that is buried deep inside herself. The reason for her volatile attitude is because she was raped at a very young age. She likes to fight, and she dose so ruthlessly. While she secretly cares about the well being of others, she puts up a front of detachment and independence. Rachel was discovered when she shot down a Liberator Pelican with Briano, Vivian and a squad of Liberator Soldiers inside that was being escorted by Maria. At first nobody knew anybody's intent and Maria and Rachel then fought each other in both ranged Conventional and Ranged Magical combat. Its not until they both got close to each other in a melee that ended in a stalemate that they both stopped fighting and started opening communications with each other. Rachel believed that Maria and the Liberators were bad guys intent on harming the local population of orphaned children in her care, but Maria assured her intentions to the contrary. Maria and Rachel then exchanged Magic weapons as a gesture of friendship, Maria giving Rachel her Bazooka, and Rachel giving Maria a Magically enhanced Boys Mark 1 Anti-tank rifle. She was then offered sanctuary at Liberators HQ. She accepted, but only on the condition that the Orphans in her care could accompany her and found foster family's. Her code name is "Tempest" and she holds the rank of Sergeant Major. Her Land Striker is Modeled after the American Sherman Tank from WW2. Its also rumored that both she and Maria made a pactio of some sort, but these are unconfirmed.
