I may only promote you to admin (not buerecrat, I'LL be the one to decide your rank) if you do not create sockpuppets, (meaning, don't make any more) swear to use your powers in the fight against trolls, and realize that this is a BIG duty to have. You need to at least be familiar with HTML coding, and have a lot of free time. Like Ben Parker said; "With great power, comes great responsibility." Remember that.
