The reason why he left the krusty krab was becuase he wanted more money in his paychjeck, in which mr. krabs laughed, which made him leave. After that he went to the best reastaurants in the world, an cooked there! He was then able to retire in style... Jim is also the Best Employee ever as stated by Mr. Krabs .
