Purpose
'All words that pass beneath this archway shall have meaning or shall not be words.'
This passage is directly beneath an indecipherable scrambling of letters upon the archway that is the entrance to the grounds surround the P.S.H.E.W. headquarters. It is commonly believed that it is the translation of the strange language written directly above it every time the writing is viewed by a character. It is placed upon coffee mugs, desk plague, motivation posters, pin-ups, and several others consumer items.
If the passage can be taken to mean any thing, it is that the entire point of the organization is to ensure that all works of written/drawn/etc. art are correctly created so that they are at their best before exiting into the Final Draft process and fully created.
Divisions
There are several divisions of the P.S.H.E.W. organization, most of which consist of fictional characters of existing works ranging from literary, to art, to video games, and much more. There are also characters made solely for the organization, who appear nowhere else, and characters who have places in other series created by SPFI. Each section has a Lead Officer, a Marksman, a Stategist, a Public Assessment Persona, Secret Weapon, and two Secretaries.

Trivia
- Mysterious Gunman, or MG, was one of the first characters assigned to P.S.H.E.W., and one of the first created. He is only beaten in creation order by Nin-Ja to date.
- The phrase commonly referred to as being indecipherable in all actuality states 'BLARGH! Words mean things!' which is a reference to a phrase Jester oftens screams when frustrated with his typing. The meaning is discovered and revealed by Pinky when The Brain attempts to use the words in a plot to dominate the world by informing the populace that the passage is a prophecy which states he is destined to rule them. As always, Pinky reveals the truth at the most inopportune time.
- The Fourth Wall Division was the first division created for P.S.H.E.W. but in the continuity, it is the newest addition to the organization.
