History and Description
Sparky is a handsome young man, in a disheveled sort of way. He seldom takes much care of his appearance, but if he did he'd be a knockout. He has a sweet face, a wide smile, blue eyes and brown hair that seems eternally mussed as he's stopped trying to do anything with it. His clothes usually consist of peasants clothing with a white overcoat and slippers. His constant companion is a backpack and satchel with spare parts, tools and scroll upon scroll of his carefully designed plans, not that many people other than him can read them.
