Ooi Chong Seong would be the President and founder of Legenda Training Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a ten years of experience in the field of higher schooling, is recognised as being a pioneer of non-public tertiary education in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held many senior management positions, each in non-public and public companies and is recognised as a distinguished member of the business community.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business in the Association of Small business Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Marketing and advertising from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his revolutionary function in the area of higher education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award of the “10 Best Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” in the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
