-	COMMENTS: There's a TCS spell that does similar: is it safe to assume that the restrictions that apply to that Spell also apply to this Charm?  Otherwise, this Charm would allow a Solar to, say, dismantle a damaged Royal Warstrider into it's component parts and then repeatedly use this Charm to create a number of brand new Royal Warstriders equal to the number of individual parts that were damaged, or similar feats of broken-ness.	+
