Spam on the Sodarace forums usually consists of useless posts, advertising, scams, and other nonconstructive types of posts.
Examples
- Posting hundreds of topics with the same content
- Asking for people to email you Neopets passwords
- Bumping old topics (if you don't have anything helpful to say)
- Swearing repeatedly (e.g. "**** you all")
- Advertising your non-Sodaplay-related website
