These are tips to make good models, become popular, and have fun.

Model Tips

  1. Have a plan. If you don't know what you're doing, your model will often flop over or fail to move
  2. Connecting masses to make a model stronger is a good idea, but new constructors tend to make things too strong, and thus immoble.
  3. A "foot" works best with 2 muscles, not 2 muscles and a spring, or 5 muscles.
  4. Start off simple with models.
  5. Use guidelines to make even models.
