Matching her movements with those of her opponent's as if the two were dancing partners, a Sidereal can predict the completion of an attack and so avoid the sting of a stray blade. For the rest of the scene, the Sidereal adds her Performance score to the equation that calculates DV, and is immune to onslaught penalties as long as the Charm is active. Assuming her specialties apply, the Sidereal is allowed to add those to her DV calculation also. This charm can apply for either DDV or MDV, whichever is appropriate.
(Example: Amethyst Ferem, a young Chosen of Serenity, has Dexterity 5, Essence 3, Dodge 4, and Performance 3. The corrupt god Mah Sing sends two of his minions to attack her. In response, Amethyst activates this charm. The formula for Dodge DV calculation is Dexterity (5) + Dodge (4) + Essence (3) divided by 2, rounding up. Amethyst adds her Performance score (3) to this calculation, which changes it to 5 + 4 + 3 + 3 = 15, divided by 2. Rounded up, this gives Amethyst a DDV of 8 for the rest of the scene, which cannot take penalties from onslaught. While this does not affect the two Dragonblooded, their chances of landing a blow are far less likely now.)
