Und auf Facebook werden in Anti-GEZ-Gruppen Unterschriftenaktionen gegen den Beitrag gepostet. </p><p><strong><span class="txtstyle3">ERSTE KLAGE VOR GERICHT</span></strong></p><p>Der erste Bürger klagte schon gegen den neuen Rundfunkbeitrag: , reichte beim Bayerischen Verfassungsgerichtshof eine sogenannte ?Popularklage“ ein. Diese bayerische rechtliche Besonderheit erlaubt es jedem Bürger Bayerns zu klagen, auch wenn er von einer Sache nicht pers?nlich betroffen ist.</p><p>Geuers Argumente: </p><p><strong>1.
