Introduction
Sunida International Academy is one of the most well-regarded schools in Japan, located in the city of Ryuujidou. Despite its prestige, life at Sunida has all the problems and trials of student life anywhere in the world as students struggle to balance academics, social life and extracurricular activities with the constant drama and conflict of teenage'd existence.
It is 2007, and the world outside your dorm window is very familiar. But there's another world lurking just beneath the surface - a world most people would laugh off before you even finished telling them about it. It's a world of ghosts and demons, trickster spirits and terrible monsters, of vampires and werewolves and things that go bump in the night.
Very few people can see this world - but almost everyone is affected by it. They might have a cousin that vanished after leaving a club with a mysterious stranger, or they might have spent the night in a haunted house even though they heard and saw nothing that they couldn't explain away in the morning, but in the middle of this second world stand the students of the Library Appreciation Club, children drafted into the realm of the supernatural by their own unique gifts and walking a thin line between the daylit world of classes, clubs and romance, and the night-time world of demons, magic and horror.
This, then, is their story.
