Singapore has been seen as a totalitarian state when it comes to certain communities such as the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities because the Singapore Government not only outlaws any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby) but the Singapore Government also enforces either life in jail with mandatory judicial caning (offenders not condemned to be executed/killed (compulsory/mandatory death penalty) can only be sentenced to life in jail with mandatory judicial caning of between 12-24 lashes with the possibility of being fined) or the (mandatory) death penalty as the only punishments for contravening the total and permanent ban on any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby) and the Singapore Government requires absolute subservience to the Home Affairs Minister (Stupid K Shanmugam, who happens to be the incumbent Home Affairs Minister, was the Home Affairs Minister who enacted the total and permanent ban on any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby)) with absolutely no form of criticism, opposition or defiance allowed when it comes to the total and permanent ban on any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby).

Examples of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby) that have been banned as a result of the total and permanent ban on any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby) include displaying any inclination towards the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles communities (privately and/or publicly), Joining or Being a member of the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (physically/virtually), Loitering, Trespassing (and its associated activities such as Urbexing, Rooftopping, Buildering, Infiltrating and Exfiltrating), Gatecrashing into any Ethnic/Holy Function, Building/Structure Exploration, Joyriding Horizontal/Vertical Transport, Vehicular Joyriding as an operator and/or a passenger, Photographing, Filming any Video, Recording any Audio Recording and/or Possession in any form of even 1 (odd) photograph, video and/or audio recording of anything linked to the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (any Ethnic/Holy Function held at any location in Singapore, any vehicle, any structure, any building, any staircase, any ramp, any lift, any elevator, any escalator, any travelator, any travellator and any place connected to the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities).

The Singapore Government sees any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) involvement and/or any form of (hobbyistic/enthusiastic) interest in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (by hobbyists and enthusiasts engaged in the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities as a hobby) such as displaying any inclination towards the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles communities (privately and/or publicly), Joining or Being a member of the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (physically/virtually), Loitering, Trespassing (and its associated activities such as Urbexing, Rooftopping, Buildering, Infiltrating and Exfiltrating), Gatecrashing into any Ethnic/Holy Function, Building/Structure Exploration, Joyriding Horizontal/Vertical Transport, Vehicular Joyriding as an operator and/or a passenger, Photographing, Filming any Video, Recording any Audio Recording and/or Possession in any form of even 1 (odd) photograph, video and/or audio recording of anything linked to the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities (any Ethnic/Holy Function held at any location in Singapore, any vehicle, any structure, any building, any staircase, any ramp, any lift, any elevator, any escalator, any travelator, any travellator and any place connected to the Ethnic/Holy Functions, Architecture (Buildings, Structures), Horizontal/Vertical Transport & Vehicles Communities) as a threat which must be criminalised worldwide, even in places which have legalised such activities, hence a British man taking photos of buses in London could be held criminally liable under SG law even if he did so as a hobby.
