		+	Basically just code reuse. You are already meta programming on a low level if you use more than one tool for a given task. It is the kind of problem that is best done by a community with no profit motives. Not to say that some of the parts couldn't provide a revenue stream, but it requires bringing many different preexisting tools, utilities, suites and other components together in a manner that can only be done in an open environment without the licensing issues of a corporate project of similar scope. Got your attention? Check it out, not as daunting a task as it might seem, let's be a part of open source history!

Meta Programming

Basically just code reuse. You are already meta programming on a low level if you use more than one tool for a given task. It is the kind of problem that is best done by a community with no profit motives. Not to say that some of the parts couldn't provide a revenue stream, but it requires bringing many different preexisting tools, utilities, suites and other components together in a manner that can only be done in an open environment without the licensing issues of a corporate project of similar scope.
