The Junior Assitant Scoutmaster (JASM) is a youth with leadership abilities, that would be able to be a ASM, but is currently to young to do so. (needs rewording)

    • Over 16, but under 18
    • Approved by BSA

  7. Term
    • Until he becomes 18, in which he becoes a ASM
