To discuss Eyejayarr we must start with one simple premise. When it comes to SCI Eyejayarr is almighty. He controls all aspects of the game. He is it's creator and master. If Eyejayarr (henceforth IJR for typing ease. if you don't get it... tough) wishes to put a 10000 bounty on your head permanently he will do it.
This aside we must remember that IJR is human. He was born 17th July, 1990 and is currently 16 and living happily "in england, near worcester" in a town no one knows the name of. He enjoys plaing video games, watching DvD's, hanging out with friends, "usual teenager stuff" and programming the MMO's we get addicted to.
Lastly, Eyejayarr is mainly just an all around hoopy frood. It may be assumed that he knows where his towel is.
