If you see a rule being broken, please help us by putting the right code at the very top of the fanstuff breaking the guideline. You can also leave a note on the author's user talk page.

[edit] Templates

The current templates are slightly more complicated than the previous templates, but they should be easy enough to follow.

[edit] One Rule Broken

If the fanstuff breaks one rule, use this:

{{rulebreaker|n=1|rule1=X.Y|date=~~~~~}}

Replace X.Y with the rule number of the rule being broken. See Rule Numbers for more information.

So, if rule 1.2 was broken, use this: {{rulebreaker|n=1|rule1=1.2|date=~~~~~}}

[edit] Two Rules Broken

If the fanstuff breaks two rules, use this:

{{rulebreaker|n=2|rule1=X.Y|rule2=A.B|date=~~~~~}}

Replace X.Y with the number of the first rule being broken, and replace A.B with number of the second rule being broken. See Rule Numbers for more information.

If rules 1.2 and 1.3 were broken, {{rulebreaker|n=2|rule1=1.2|rule2=1.3|date=~~~~~}}

[edit] Three Rules Broken

For all fanstuff that breaks 3 rules, use...

{{rulebreaker|n=3|rule1=X.Y|rule2=A.B|rule3=C.D|date=~~~~~}}

{{rulebreaker|n=3|rule1=1.2|rule2=1.3|rule3=1.6|date=~~~~~}}

[edit] Four or more Rules Broken

If a fanstuff breaks four or more rules, it can just be deleted straight away. Use the following template for this:

{{tobedeleted|More than three rules broken}}

[edit] Subpages

As well as using one of the above templates for when a fanstuff doesn't use subpages, you also should put the following template on the talk page of the fanstuff that doesn't use subpages:

{{rulebreaker/subpages|main=X|subpage=Y}}

Replace X with the main page of that fanstuff, that the page should be a subpage of, and replace Y with the name of the current page.

If you're too lazy, use {{Subpages}} on the talk page, however it is better to use the above, newer, template.
