Contents

[edit] Description

A description of the character's outward appearance. Hair, eyes, general descriptors for height and weight, and average dress tend to show up here. Please don't embed a picture; link to one if you must show us your character.

[edit] History

Your character's backstory and times within the world of Safehaus go here. For ease of use, please keep this brief. When writing, please make sure you make notes of what is commonly known as to what is actually true - many players are using characters who're rumormongers and political power-players, and may already know your character by reputation, if not name. Clarity can help us avoid characters accidentally knowing things they shouldn't.

[edit] Personality

A brief write-up of the character's attitudes and beliefs, as they would commonly be known. Once again, be clear and distinguish between obvious motivations and hidden ones. Opinions of other characters go here.

[edit] Character Notes

  • Character notes are always in bullet format.
  • Character notes, as a rule of thumb, come in three flavors:
    • They are information that is exceptionally important about play, that others may find out without learning the character's entire history or come into play knowing. This includes such things as reputations, famous relatives, and physical disabilities.
    • Unique or notable items, such as special weapons or equipment that has special effects other characters might run afoul of.
    • Humorous OOC bits; the basis for part or all of a character, a specific musical "theme" the character has, or other games/stories the character might have been used in.
