Description
Tutorial Island is the place where new players to RuneScape learn how to play. Newly created accounts will start off in a grey brick house, and will only be able to have a maximum of level three on any given skill, except for combat, you can achive combat level four by increasing attack, defence, strength and ranged all to three. You are also given a tinderbox, an axe, and everything else that you need to get started.
Getting There
To come to Tutorial Island, you have to create an account. Since you may only visit once, you may not return to it.
Skill Training
While Tutorial Island contains a variety of skills that you can train on, you may only train these skills a certain amount, and any experience earned after achieving level 3 will not contribute or register. The available skills follow, in order.
Action: Player speaks to Survival Expert. Survival Expert gives bronze axe, tinderbox to Player. Player may now train Woodcutting by cutting trees. After cutting trees and obtaining logs, Player may Use Logs with Tinderbox to train Firemaking Action: Player speaks to Survival Expert. Survival Expert gives Small Net to Player. Player may now train Fishing by using Net Fishing Point. Player may now train Cooking by using Raw Shrimps with Fire.
