The Death Spiral is a great thread for posters to talk about comics and comment about how bad comics are. Also, the direction, and in general nonsense of Marvel and DC, has been posted about.
Being the sister thread of the Revival of Comics, it gets a lot more business than than the Revival because the Revival standard is much higher than the Death Spiral.
Though it has been criticized by many forums and posters, it manages to survive.
