CIS

CIS stands for Character Induced Stupidity; CIS is in the same vein as PIS, but due to different reason.

CIS happens because it is how the character is written.

Somethings it could be include: Honor Code, Mental block, a character is just naturaly that stupid, self imposed restriction, ect.

Examples:

Moral Code:

1: The reason The Watcher does not use the Power Cosmic to own anyone, is because his role IS to watch, using Power Cosmic.

2: Batman: His code vs killing is pretty much CIS, as most of his villains are so evil that they do not have any hope of ever being rehabilitated.

The above is a example of Honor and Mental Block, as it is a mental block for JLU Batman to not use guns.

Classic Stupidity:

1: Pretty much any plan Dr. Evil, King Steve, and Fighter make.

2: The Rhino, is literaly stupid, the primest, most stupid character at Marvel, which is his motif. Being a big stupid man, with a dumb gimmick.

3: Hydro man and Sand Man's power usage. They could easily do away with the heroes but they lack either the creativity or intelligence to use their powers to their fullest.
