Reward: 1 Quest point, 300 cooking exp, ability to use the Cook's Range, which is more efficient than other ranges.

Alright, this has got to be the easiest quest ever.

To start the quest, talk to the Cook in Lumbridge Castle. Agree to help him.

To get the egg, go to the chicken coop, which is across the bridge and north along the path. There should be an egg respawn there, if not, just wait for one to appear.

To get the milk, first you need a bucket. If you don't have one, you can buy one at the general store back across the bridge. Go to the cow field which is right across the path from the chicken coop. Find a dairy cow(one with black spots and not brown) and milk it.

To get the flour, you need a pot. Go back across the bridge and if you don't have one, buy a pot at the general store while you're there. Go north along the path until you reach a grain field. Pick some grain, and go north along the small path until you reach the windmill. Go to the top floor, put the grain in the hopper, and use the controls. Go back down to the first floor, and 'empty' the flour bin.

To finish the quest and get your reward, go back to the Cook in Lumbridge Castle and give him the items.
