Second oldest of the Four sisters, Mulinel is one with the waves and oceans of Reydala. She appears as a perfectly beautiful elf with long blue hair that waves with the nearest body of water. Her eyes are a dark piercing blue. Of the sisters she is the most reclusive, often only seen in the most seclusive of ponds and waterfalls, seemingly bathing. Adventurers are the most likely to see her, often visiting the most reclusive places on Reydala in search of their pursuits. Seeing Mulinel often provokes an obsession toward her that has come to be known as "Mulinel Sickness", the victim will often return to the same lake countless times, hoping she will appear again (Approximately 95% of such persons are male, incidentally). If Mulinel notices an exceptional dedication, she will reappear and redirect the individual toward a more wholesome pursuit, such as caring for the sick. This is how many churches of Mulinel were founded.

While very interested in bringing good to the world, Mulinel lacks the self-confidence required to make drastic changes on her own, instead she works through her devotees. The water blessed by Mulinel is said to have miraculous healing properties, and it is rumored that her tears can even bring the dead back to life. Mulinel wants a world without illness and injury, where children can play safely in the world's waters.

Dogma:

Worshippers of Mulinel are selflessly dedicated to taking care of others, even at the expense of themselves. In most cases they are Pacifists, abhorring violence unless there is truly no other solution. They are patient and humble in their cause, passing on the healing of Mulinel onto those that are suffering.

Paladins of Mulinel are very rare, but share many of the same attributes as the clerics. Their martial prowess is dedicated toward defense of Reydala's people against monstrous and otherworldly threats. When dealing with Reydala's native people, only non-lethal force is permitted. They seldom stay in one place for too long, often making long journeys all over the world in search of those in aid.
