History: Though Vadim Alekseeiev Ryurik may not have stepped onto your lands, there are those of the First Estate across the World who are Respected and Admired who have at least heard the name and the events that have brought him such respect within the First Estate.
An ardent supporter and defender of the Masquerade, Vadim Alekseeiev Ryurik has set himself apart from the majority of the Damned, and the First Estate. Noted for the development of the First Estate within Eastern Europe, most notably Russia but not limited to, Vadim Alekseeiev Ryurik has served the Covenant dutifully throughout his tenure as a member of the First Estate.
It has been said that Ryurik is Nomadic, but whether that is idle gossips of the Harpies or the revelations of fact discerned from a dedicated watcher has been left unknown. What can be confirmed about Vadim Alekseeiev Ryurik is that within a short period of time of arriving within one of the more prominent cities in the Mid West States of the United States America, Vadim had secured a seat at the Prince's right hand as his Regent of the West.
Ryurik, upon mutual agreement with the Prince of St. Louis, stepped down from the Regency of the West, and his Childer, Anastasia Romanova was named as Regent of the South which she kept up until Prince of St. Louis, Nicholas D. C. Ebon III placed her back where her Sire had maintained and ruled for two decades without issue.
After arriving in London in September of 2005, Vadim Alekseeiev Ryurik has made short work of settling down in London and becoming the Nosferatu Priscus on the Priscus Council of London.
Concept: Vadim was born into a noble family, the second of three brothers, and proceeded into becoming a noble who would differentiate between noble, serf and peasant. At the age of 16, Vadim's parents were in negotiations to make an arranged marriage with a nearby fellow noble to secure more lands for both families and to strengthen their control over their own lands. In doing so, Vadim secured a wife and a role within his father-in-law's retinue where he made his trade.
