Several months (or maybe even years) since she's seen the last Doctor (Thirteen)
Physical Description
Resembles a humanoid with two legs and two arms and appears to have flesh on the outside, but most of her insides are quite mechanical. She has cat ears, and a tail which are both calico colored. Her hair changes with her mood and just in general. On her lower body she's got tattoo like markings.
History
Her mother and father are quite rich and have lots of influence on their planet. They actually are what would be the government on the planet if it had such a thing, but mostly it's an informal type of government. In any case, Art used to have a brother. They loved them equally that was never the problem. Eventually her brother decided to defy her parents and left to go do his own thing. After that they wanted her to be like him and take his place.
But she didn't want that either. Her brother wss killed and she was pretty much banished. They made sure she'd have no where to go and she went on the lam of sorts. Some people took her in, but mostly she stayed by herself. She's wanted back on her home land.
At some point she met the Doctor in his Thirteenth form. He helped her out with her parents and an overthrow of the government which ended with his death.
