Basic Character Information
Entry Point
Benton comes from a point immediately after Invasion of the Dinosaurs.
Physical Description
Very tall (6'5") and lanky, Benton is fit and capable. He has brown hair. His blue eyes are unassuming, and he is always quick with a smile.
Personality
Benton is a hardworking soldier, dedicated and loyal. He's unassuming and unflappable, but always excessively polite and very friendly.
History
Benton grew up dreaming of following his father's footsteps and joining the army. He enlisted when he was seventeen and worked hard to get to where he is. His dream is to someday make it as an officer, though he is very proud of his standing as a Sergeant. His cool demeanor and professionalism and loyalty during a Yeti attack in the London Underground in 1968 led then Colonel Lethbridge-Stewart to bring him on board with UNIT when the United Nations International Taskforce was created. Benton was extremely flattered and grateful for such a prestigous offer. He quite enjoys working for UNIT and is determined never to let them down.

- To supplement his stay in 2007 and not burden anyone, Benton got a job at a local pub and now owns his own flat.
