Biography
Theta-4376 α // Chi is the official name of the Doctor's TARDIS in all universes. She also has a long serial number which she knows by heart. This particular TARDIS comes from the Alternate Universe 5. Though she's not from this dimension, to her, the Doctors are her Doctors because she doesn't know any better.
Her sister's name is Sigma-6031 β // Phi and she is the Master's TARDIS.
What is known is that Sigma and Theta looked into the heart of each other and granted each others wish and became humanoid. This sent them through the rift and into this universe and given a 12-7 communicator. They were naked when they came through and confused and disillusioned.
Personality
So far what's known about the TARDIS in this form is that they are quite childlike. Of course they know everyone who has ever stepped foot inside of them, but really about human things they are completely clueless. They have to be taught mostly everything though they do know some things.
They're also a bit hyperactive and generally likes to play alot. They really really really love to eat. And get into everything.
About the TARDIS
