History
The Rani of this world was never exiled due to her overgrown mice eating the President's cat. In fact, the Rani has become somewhat of a second hand to Omega after he assumed presidency. He still goes about mucking with people's biochemistry, and still has no morality, or real just reason for what he's doing other then the fact that his research must continue and must go on.
