Concurrent with the events of the 'Gallifrey' Big Finish audio series; several years into Romana's Presidency.
Physical Description
Romana still bears the youthful, pixieish features of Princess Astra of Atrios, along with her long, straight blonde hair, high forehead and slender figure. Her duties as President keep her in the heavy, elaborate robes of a Time Lady most of the time, but when going offworld her wardrobe becomes far more casual -- revealing an inclination towards equestrian togs, school uniforms or sailor suits.
Personality
Romana 2 is focused, precise and demanding when it comes to issues, with a passion for the Right and What Must Be Done that is uncompromising. Her significant intellect is paired with a dry, biting wit that skewers pretention and pompousness. At the same time, this Romana has a great sense of fun and levity about her; her smile is wide and brilliant, and she seems most alive when actively in the midst of setting things to rights.
History
