• Full name: Lord President Romanadvoratrelundar the Third
• goes by 'Fred', or 'Madame President' (to Nine)
• non!fanon, has been male for only this incarnation, but been like this for 300 years or so. Used to being male, and was so through the Time War.
• Received the 12-7 after landing in France, after being sucked there by the rift resulting in the destruction of Gallifrey and the Eye of Harmony, the act that ended the War.
• Something of a git.
• Currently in the possession of Nine's TARDIS
• Travels with Kalli
• has a bit of a drinking problem
• In cahoots with The Black Guardian (Alt 2)
