About Romana III
- Full name: Lord President Romanadvoratrelundar the Third
- goes by 'Fred', or 'Madame President' (to Nine)
- non!fanon, has been male for only this incarnation, but been like this for 300 years or so. Used to being male, and was so through the Time War.
- Received the 12-7 after landing in France, after being sucked there by the rift resulting in the destruction of Gallifrey and the Eye of Harmony, the act that ended the War.
- Something of a git.
- Currently in the possession of Nine's TARDIS
- Travels with Kalli
