Romana is written by Violet. The PB is Mary Tamm. Romana as written for this RP is Violet's creation; however, Romana is the intellectual property of the BBC and the producers and writers of Doctor Who.

Basic Character Information
Entry Point
Just before her canon appearance. Literally. She was diverted on her way to meet Four to help him collect the pieces of the Key to Time, and sent to meet the rest of the group on Earth instead.
Physical Description
Five feet, nine inches. Slender, long brown hair, blue eyes, aristocratic features and bearing. Tends to be rather stylishly and almost flamboyantly dressed.
Personality
Haughty, icy, caustic, superior, assertive, brilliant. Does not suffer fools at all, let alone gladly. Very much into doing things the proper way, following rules and guidelines.
History
Romana is fresh out of the Academy, where she scored a triple first on her exit exams on her first attempt. She immediately went into the service of the High Council. This is her first assignment on their behalf.
