Basic Character Information
Murphy was born and raised in Oak Park, Chicago. As a young girl, she spent most of her time with her mother. Her father, Joe Murphy, was a cop and rarely spent any time at home. Joe�s job was a point of contention between her parents and eventually her mother left for parts unknown. Murphy spent three days with her Grandma Murphy until her father finally left his stake out and discovered his wife was gone. Seemingly un-phased by this event, Joe Murphy continued to work long hours, leaving Murphy with her Grandma and herself.
