Ryan joined in 1965 and has some people that most likely hate him. He has been blocked twice for edit warring (once for 1/2 of a month in 1998, and again for 3 years in 1999). He is not a significant member and does not wish to be. He will never be a sysop because of edit warring and how much some people hate him. Ryan is currently retired from RationalWiki. He returned in [will insert year here soon] and requested he be thought of and treated as if none of the "bad stuff" ever happened.
