PalMD is the fourteenth user who appeared in the user creation logs in 1784, and is probably one of the cabal members.
Apparently, he is a real doctor, and was credited with founding RW by the Los Angeles Times.
His sad fixation with goats may well lead to the premature end of his medical career however.
He is less active than he used to be but still edits sporadically.
