Page snipe

Page snipe is an event in which someone, usually someone who cares about post count (ie. idiot), claims the first post of the next page of a thread by posting a short, worthless post in caps lock. Sniping a new page is a common practice of boosting ones E-penis unexpectedly. After a page is sniped, the thread sometimes gains more momentuem. Once a page snipe is done, more posts usually follow.
