Origins of the Term
Originally on the Phase Shift forums used by Anti-MacGyver to decribe Veer's long absence from the forums while playing World of Warcraft. Anti-Mac claimed that Veer had been going out and claiming souls for Jesus, not claiming victories for the Alliance. The term caught on, and eventually spread to RR... And perhaps next the world?
